Standard Study Abroad Course
The Standard Study Abroad curriculum at ARC Academy is structured over two years, divided into progressive three-month school terms. This systematic approach allows students to build a solid foundation in the Japanese language. Upon enrollment, a placement test ensures students are placed in classes that best match their proficiency level. The program's primary goal is to help students achieve fluency in speech and a thorough understanding of the Japanese language. This is accomplished through skill-specific subjects and engaging class activities. From the intermediate level onward, the curriculum expands with optional classes designed to cater to the diverse needs of students, offering a tailored learning experience. 📍 Location The program is offered at Tokyo School and Shinjuku School. ⏰ Class Schedule Classes are held Monday to Friday. Morning classes: 9:15 AM – 12:30 PM Afternoon classes: 1:30 PM – 4:45 PM 🎓 Admission Requirements Applicants must have graduated from high school. 🛂 Visa Type A student visa is required for this program. 📆 Program Duration The program duration ranges from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years.

Designed for individuals seeking a focused learning experience during holidays or work leave, this course is ideal for those with limited time. Participants can also take part in cultural activities, enriching their understanding of Japan beyond the classroom. 📍 Location The program is offered at Tokyo and Shinjuku. 📅 Enrollment Periods Students can enroll in January, April, July, or October. ⏰ Class Schedule Classes are held Monday to Friday. Morning classes run from 9:15 AM to 12:30 PM, while afternoon classes take place from 1:30 PM to 4:45 PM. The schedule varies depending on the student’s proficiency level. 🎓 Admission Requirements Applicants must be older than 16 years old. Core language training includes reading, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural competency to navigate workplace expectations effectively. 📆 Second Term: Workplace & Employability Skills (October–March) Students prepare for professional environments by enhancing business communication, presentation skills, and advanced Japanese proficiency. Practical applications such as professional email writing, workplace discussions, and critical thinking activities help students transition smoothly into the workforce.
